Jack
Dorsey, was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 19, 1976, was one of three
founders of Twitter, namely Biz Stone, Evan Willliams, and Jack Dorsey.
Jack
Dorsey became interested in the world of software at the age of 14 years. He
wants to create Open Source software applications related to taxi and courier
delivery service. He began to pursue the world of programming while still in
school at Bishop DuBourg High School. After graduation, he was the school at
New York University. The idea to create a twitter originated from the desire to
create a site that combines a wide range of software sender and preoccupation
exchanging short messages.
After
studying at the University of Missouri and New York, he moved to California. At
that moment, an instant message truly outstanding start, with AOL Instant
Messenger service is very popular. Dorsey saw this and wondered if he could
combine the ideas initially to provide messaging service status. "What if
you can share your status with all your friends really easily, so they know
what you're doing, but you do not want to have to write an entire blog entry or
Live Journal entry?"
Over
time, Jack was busy working on a web-based delivery solution, he considered
whether SMS text messages can be incorporated into the concept of an
interactive status message. Then Evan Williams, a former Google executive,
providing investment funds and together with Dorsey and Stone for operational
twitter, Inc. In early 2006 they were ready, but do not really have an active
launch strategy. Social networks Twitter finally launched by Jack Dorsey with
the help of Biz Stone and Evan Williams in August 2006 with
addres www.twitter.com. Twitter including microblogging service, as it only
provides 140 characters per post. In contrast to Blogger, Wordpress, and
Multiply that gives freedom the number of characters per post.
As
with other social networks, Twitter was invaded by the prospective members.
Dorsey were overwhelmed want to focus attention on the new business. With a
heavy heart he left his status as a student at New York University and a
previous profession as a programmer in a courier delivery service and taxis.

I think your sentence incorrect, you can use sentence "those are Biz Stone, Evan Williams, ..."
And then in the sentence "He wants to create Open Source .."
you can use the 'wanted' because this sentence use past tense.
