for group 13 :
1. They are having dinner with my sister in the seafood restaurants at 7.30 p.m tonight. (restaurant without "s").
2. She was reading a Novel with me in the terrace, when you come here. (come use V2 : came).

Hapusmy statements in number 1 : because They are eating in one place so that sentence should not use "s" in the end word of "restaurants".
and number 2 : because that sentence using the formula Past Continuous Tense. and at the beginning of the sentence they used "was reading" so after "when" must use verb 2.
