Present continous tens
"They are having dinner with my sister in the seafood restaurans at 7.30 p.m tonight."
you should not add an "s" on the word restauran,because additional letter "s" is only used in the plural sentences.

"Present continous tens" this should be "Present Continuous Tense".
and "restaurans", "restauran" this should be "restaurants" and "restaurant".
